Animals of Denali Park

No journey through Denali National Park would be complete without animals. We came upon a bear at the side of the road.
We saw caribou.
Closer inspection showed that one was tagged.
We were fortunate to see a whole herd of caribou, at least one hundred.
We spotted Dall sheep.
The bus driver was careful to avoid ground squirrels.
Showing up frequently were moose.
This one walked across the road right in front of our bus.
This one may be showing the evidence of not avoiding cars.
We also saw many mewgulls, smaller than the seagulls we have in Washington State.
