Space Needle View

Watching the Seahawks beat the Packers at Century Link inspired me to finally post this view from the Space Needle, taken in August.

I was at the Lake Union Park during a recent outing in Seattle. It was a warm day and the spray fountains were a welcome sight. The construction for the new Amazon building can be seen with the Space Needle in the distance.

Even on a cloudy day the Space Needle is an exciting place. 







Its reflection in the Experience Music Project building can be strange.

The view at the observation level is awesome even when the horizon is bound by clouds.  I'll be back when it is clear to catch Mt. Rainier!
