We were up early the next morning to catch the dawn light on the Canyon.
The sun came into view at 6:21 am.
We watched as the sun's rays hit the Canyon walls.
The morning light accented some of the colorful cliffs.
It wasn't long, though, before the haze and the rising sun began to wash out the distinctive colors.
